The Voice is a communications media for the International Movement of Mass Media Action for Freedom and Democracy in Vietnam, composing of international journalists collaborating in correspondence with the Vietnamese People inside Vietnam, Vietnamese Community abroad, Mainstream Community, International Community and the Cyberspace Community to bring up-to-date around the clock news and commentaries regarding Freedom and Democracy for Viet Nam.
